REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY AND PROCESS
At Forest Facility we are determined to get you active in the forest, even when life throws up its own obstacles!
The Forest Facility Transfer Policy is for those who have reserved a place to take part in a Forest Facility activity, but are no longer able to participate for any reason. This policy allows you to change your purchase into a credit voucher once minus any non-transferable purchases (such as Refund Protection cover or charity donations). The charge for this service is 5% of the total value of your original booking, or a minimum charge of £15 charge. You do not need to give a reason or to justify your withdrawal to anyone. Credit vouchers created via this system are valid for any NEW PURCHASE with Forest Facility and are valid for a year from the date of issue. Vouchers created from voluntary transfers cannot be used against pre-existing bookings or purchases.
This transfer policy relates to Forest Facility purchases only, made with Forest Facility Ltd. There is expressly no cross-transfer of credit permitted with other purchases made across the Rat Race Adventure Group of companies. Whilst Forest Facility is affiliated with Rat Race Adventure Group, it is operated by a totally independent 3rd party operator, Forest Facility Ltd.
Transfers must be requested within the qualifying transfer window to be accepted and processed:

Purchases totalling less than £500 per total booking value: 1 calendar month before the date of the scheduled Activity.

Purchases totalling more than £500 per total booking value: 6 weeks from the date of the scheduled Activity.
HOW DO I TRANSFER?
Email us at info@forestfacility.com with your booking reference and ‘Transfer’ in the subject heading, giving a summary of your transfer request and any preferred dates. We will process this and create a credit voucher valid for 12 months for you to apply against a future booking.
FOREST FACILITY REFUND POLICY
Forest Facility do not directly offer refunds, but for those wanting extra financial protection there is the option to join the Refund Protect scheme when reserving a place in an event. Refund Protect allows a cash refund to be claimed should a paying participant not be able to make an event for a qualifying reason and evidence is submitted to them as per their online terms.
